Les Diablerets is an unspoilt mountain village set in the heart of the Vaudoises Alps, at the foot of a mountain range capped by a sumptuous Glacier.
Les Diablerets is located between Lake of Geneva and Gstaad at an altitude of 1200 meters and is an important centre for adventure sports. Even in summer, the Glacier 3000 ski region in the heart of the Vaud Alps offers skiing and glacier enjoyment over an expansive area.
The winter season is from October to May in the only glacier ski area in the Bernese Oberland. Over 24 peaks with a height over 4000 m can be seen from the glacier. The ski run around the Oldensattel is one of the longest and most challenging runs in the area. The glacier itself offers a large variety of activities for its guests: winter hiking trails, cross-country skiing, a snow park, view points, dog sled rides and the highest bobsleigh track in the world - the Alpine Coaster.
Les Diablerets is suitable for both families and experienced hikers. The diversity of the magnificent scenery will amaze you and every change of altitude will bring a multitude of surprises. The village of Les Diablerets and its surroundings offer enchanting Alpine landscapes; perfect to enjoy the superb panorama and the wealth of flora and fauna.
