Swiss Tourism Federation Quality Label
The “Quality Label for Swiss Tourism” programme is supported by all major Swiss tourism associations. Establishments distinguished by the “Quality label for Swiss Tourism” make special efforts to safeguard and improve the quality of service for their guests. The quality programme includes three levels.
The Quality Label Level I is based on the establishment’s own assessment of its facilities and services and guarantees continuing efforts to offer high-quality services.
The Quality Label Level II involves regular checking of the establishment’s management quality. Furthermore, good quality is continuously monitored and enhanced by guest and staff surveys as well as by evaluations effected by a mystery guest.
The Quality Label Level III is awarded to establishments that developed and successfully implemented a comprehensive and internationally recognised quality management system (QMS) such ISO 9001:2000 or EFQM.
