The contemporary, family business is located in the countryside, next to the city of Aarau and on the entrance to the “Jurapark Aarau”. The unique wine-themed rooms are personally inspired and decorated by leading wine producers as well as newcomers to the Swiss wine scene. We offer authentic, culinary treasures of the region including truffles, uncommon Mangalica pigs (also known as woolly pigs) and Safran. The “Slow Food” approach, biodiversity and “From Nose to Tail” wisdom is engaged at high level every day.Additionally, the Hirschen provides an ideal place for successful seminars, with above-average, specially designed Seminar House.
